We serve patients of all ages across in-person offices, telehealth, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and hospital settings.We don't just treat symptoms &mdash; we meet people where they are and help them achieve lasting mental wellness.Open Positions &amp; LocationsWe are currently hiring for 6 Experienced PMHNP positions across the following locations:<ul><li>Hospital Setting &mdash; 2 positions</li><li>Brandon, FL &mdash; 1 position</li><li>Jacksonville, FL &mdash; 1 position</li><li>New Port Richey, FL &mdash; 1 position</li><li>St. Cloud, FL &mdash; 1 position</li></ul>Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our expanding team. This role is designed for a seasoned clinician who is ready to make a meaningful impact across a diverse patient population and a wide range of psychiatric conditions and care settings.As an Experienced PMHNP at LTAW, you will operate with clinical autonomy while being supported by a collaborative, mission-driven team. You'll have the opportunity to work across innovative treatment modalities and play a key role in shaping the mental health outcomes of the communities we serve.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic interviews</li><li>Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients across the lifespan</li><li>Independently prescribe and manage psychotropic medications</li><li>Provide telehealth and in-person care across assigned LTAW locations</li><li>Deliver care in hospital, SNF, and ALF settings as applicable to assigned role</li><li>Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and facility staff to ensure continuity of care</li><li>Support referrals and coordination for TMS therapy and Spravato treatments</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely documentation in AdvancedMD (EMR)</li><li>Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical education</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of PMHNP clinical experience required</li><li>Active PMHNP board certification (ANCC or AANP)</li><li>Active Florida APRN license</li><li>Active DEA registration</li><li>Experience in hospital, SNF, ALF, or multi-site settings strongly preferred</li><li>Strong commitment to patient-centered, culturally competent care</li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment</li><li>Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: $120,000 &ndash; $125,000 per year</li><li>Health insurance (eligible after 60 days)</li><li>Dental insurance (eligible after 60 days)</li><li>Vision insurance (eligible after 60 days)</li><li>401(k) (eligible after 60 days)</li><li>PTO: 3 weeks per year</li><li>Uniform allowance provided</li><li>CME credits supported</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge treatments including TMS, Spravato, and GeneSight testing</li><li>Flexible scheduling options, including telehealth</li><li>Supportive, collaborative team culture rooted in empathy and clinical excellence</li><li>Opportunity for growth across 12+ Florida locations</li></ul>How to Apply: Ready to take your psychiatric career to the next level with a team that truly cares?
