Leavitt Great West Insurance Services, an agency affiliate of Leavitt Group, is seeking a Senior Claims Advocate to lead and elevate the claims experience for our commercial clients.
This is a high-impact, leadership role will focus on handling claims in a proactive, strategic, and client-centered process while driving faster action, stronger outcomes, and executive-level visibility. You will serve as a trusted advisor during critical moments, ensuring clarity, confidence, and coordination across clients, carriers, and internal teams.

What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Lead claims advocacy for commercial clients from intake through resolution</li><li>
Drive strategy, escalation, and communication on complex and high-value claims</li><li>
Partner with carriers, TPAs, and vendors to ensure timely, best-practice handling</li><li>
Serve as the primary claims advocate to clients delivering clear, confident guidance</li><li>
Provide executive-level reporting, claims insights, and loss trend analysis</li><li>
Strengthen workflows, service standards, and continuous improvement efforts</li><li>
Support producers and service teams to enhance retention and client experience</li><li>
Develop and deliver claims education for clients and internal teams</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
5+ years of commercial claims, brokerage, or TPA experience</li><li>
Strong multi-line claims expertise (WC, Auto, GL, Property)</li><li>
Proven ability to lead client communication in high-pressure situations</li><li>
Strategic thinking with strong organization and follow-through</li><li>
Skilled collaborator with carriers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency systems</li><li>
Montana insurance license (or ability to obtain)</li></ul>

Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>
Salary: $70,000&ndash;$95,000 DOE + performance incentives</li><li>
