What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Be the go-to expert supporting the Assistant to the Superintendent on all things HR</li><li>
Lead professional and administrative hiring, onboarding, and orientation &mdash; you&rsquo;ll help bring new talent into our schools</li><li>
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records, track certifications, and ensure smooth HR operations</li><li>
Advise staff on HR policies, procedures, and documentation so everyone feels supported</li><li>
Process course approvals, tuition reimbursement, contracts, and Board actions</li><li>
Coordinate negotiations, prepare meeting materials, and support special HR projects</li><li>
Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations &mdash; your attention to detail matters!</li><li>
Provide a welcoming, responsive presence in the HR office for all employees</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
High school diploma and at least 5 years&rsquo; office and/or human resources experience</li><li>
Familiarity with Pennsylvania Department of Education guidelines, school board policies, and federal/state labor laws</li><li>
Proven confidentiality, strong multitasking, and the positivity to solve problems on the fly</li><li>
Ability to work independently, balance competing deadlines, and communicate with staff at all levels</li><li>
Tech savvy with HR systems and record-keeping</li></ul>

Physical Demands:
