<div>As an Associate Attorney, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in managing and litigating family law matters from start to finish. You&rsquo;ll represent clients in court, craft persuasive legal documents, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with our legal team on complex issues.

Must be able to commute to courts throughout Central Florida 
Compensation:
$65,000 - $130,000 DOE
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Handle court appearances, motion practice, and negotiations</li><li>
Draft pleadings, legal memos, and client correspondence</li><li>
Conduct legal research and discovery</li><li>
Collaborate on high-level strategy and trial prep</li><li>
Maintain excellent client communication and experience</li><li>
Travel to courts throughout Central Florida as needed</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
J.D. from an accredited law school</li><li>
Active Florida Bar license</li><li>
2&ndash;3 years of family law litigation experience</li><li>
Strong understanding of Florida Rules of Evidence</li><li>
Highly skilled in drafting, negotiations, and courtroom presence</li><li>
Proficient in Westlaw/Lexis</li><li>
Bilingual in English &amp; Spanish is required</li></ul>
