Finance &amp; HR Administrator Role Overview: We are looking for a finance professional to take full ownership of our UAE and KSA financial compliance and UAE-specific HR administration. The successful candidate will manage all accounts for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, while performing HR operations for our UAE-based teams.1. Financial Management (UAE &amp; KSA)<ul><li>Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage the General Ledger for both UAE and KSA entities.</li><li>Invoicing &amp; Revenue Control: Generate and issue all UAE /KSA compliant customer invoices.</li><li>Tax &amp; Zakat Compliance: Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns for UAE and KSA .</li><li>Coordinate with external tax auditors for tax filings and annual financial audits.</li><li>Reporting: perform monthly reconciliations, and provide management reports.</li><li>Other administrative tasks.</li></ul>2. Payroll &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure payroll compliance in UAE and KSA entities.</li></ul>3. HR Operations (UAE Only)<ul><li>Onboarding &amp; Visas: Manage the end-to-end residency visa process (MOHRE/ICP) for the UAE team, including medicals and Emirates ID coordination with the PRO.</li><li>Benefit Administration: Manage UAE medical insurance (renewals/enrollment) and track all employee leave (Annual, Sick, Parental).</li><li>UAE Policy: Maintain the UAE Employee Handbook.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience: 3+ years in Finance/Accounting.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proven experience in UAE VAT and KSA VAT.</li><li>Expertise in Excel and multi-currency accounting.</li><li>Soft Skills: Must be highly organized and possess the maturity to handle confidential financial data.</li><li>Education: Degree in Finance or Accounting is highly preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
