 We're seeking an experienced
 
 Bookkeeper
 
 to join a small, collaborative team supporting a real estate portfolio of approximately 20 properties.
 
 
 
 What You'll Be Doing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High-volume Accounts Payable &amp; Accounts Receivable
 </li>
 <li>
 CAM reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Payroll processing
 </li>
 <li>
 Bank and credit card reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Lease administration support
 </li>
 <li>
 Working alongside an external CPA on month-end close and tax preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Administrative support as needed
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What We're Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Real estate/property management experience required
 </li>
 <li>
 CAM reconciliation experience required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of lease agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience reviewing insurance policies is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ERP/accounting software experience (Sage 300 a plus, not required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptable, communicative, and comfortable working in a small-office environment
 </li>

Bookkeeper

 Manage end‑to‑end accounts payable, including invoice processing, approvals, GL coding, weekly payments, vendor records, and AP reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee purchasing and credit card activity, prepare monthly reconciliations, and ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support month‑end close, AP aging review, audit requests, and annual 1099 filings while resolving vendor inquiries professionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain process documentation and assist with departmental projects and fiscal support as needed.
 </li>
