This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, interacting with clients, and contributing to both administrative efficiency and business growth in a dynamic professional environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer details, orders, payments, and deliveries.</li><li>Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling ad-hoc tasks.</li><li>Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media channels.</li><li>Develop a strong understanding of Ledgerwell&rsquo;s services, market position, and competition to help keep the business competitive.</li><li>Arrange and coordinate meetings between senior management and prospective clients.</li><li>Prepare and deliver well-informed and visually appealing presentations when required.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of relevant experience (preferred).</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.</li><li>Good understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.</li><li>Fast learner with strong attention to detail and active listening skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.</li></ul>Why Join Ledgerwell?At Ledgerwell, we value what makes you unique and encourage you to bring your ideas to life.
