About the Role</h3>
As our Working Site Supervisor, you'll take charge of jobsite performance-from safety to scheduling to craftsmanship. You'll lead trade partners, collaborate with Project Managers and Designers, and jump on the tools when needed to deliver award-winning results.
This isn't a desk role-it's for someone who finds purpose in the field, satisfaction in solving problems, and fulfillment in building both beautiful homes and trusted relationships.
You'll be the heartbeat of each jobsite, combining leadership, carpentry expertise, and an unwavering commitment to detail.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>
Serve as the primary on-site leader and client contact during construction</li><li>
Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs and coordinate site readiness</li><li>
Manage jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization</li><li>
Perform rough and finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, and hands-on build tasks</li><li>
Oversee trade partner scheduling, daily coordination, and execution</li><li>
Run weekly site meetings with clients and the internal team</li><li>
Maintain project documentation (logs, photos, updates) using CoConstruct</li><li>
Identify and document change orders and assist with budget alignment</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring</h3><ul><li>
5+ years of residential construction experience, with advanced carpentry skills</li><li>
Proven experience leading crews or running job sites</li><li>
Ability to read blueprints, schedules, and scopes of work with confidence</li><li>
Skilled in finish work, layout, site prep, and general framing</li><li>
Familiarity with digital tools (MS Office, construction software; training provided)</li><li>
Valid driver's license + clean record</li><li>
Your own carpentry tools for rough and finish work</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Bonus If You Have</h3><ul><li>
Previous supervisory or lead carpenter experience in high-end remodeling</li><li>
Experience in a design-build environment</li><li>

The Opportunity
As a Project Engineer at Lee Kimball, you will serve as the bridge between design, estimating, and construction. This role is focused on developing detailed scopes of work, pricing, and procurement strategies to ensure our projects are launched on time, on budget, and with clarity for both our team and our clients. 
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Develop accurate scopes of work and detailed estimates using our CRM platform (CoConstruct), adapting templates based on architectural plans and team input.</li><li>
Coordinate site walkthroughs with trades, designers, and project managers to support precise pricing and scoping.</li><li>
Compile and distribute bid packages to subcontractors; collect, analyze, and enter trade bids, vendor pricing, and labor estimates into CoConstruct.</li><li>
Track material costs, fixture selections, and procurement lead times to maintain accurate and current project specifications.</li><li>
Maintain and update specifications and estimates throughout the design development process.</li><li>
Create and manage project schedules and procurement timelines.</li><li>
Assist with change orders, budget reviews, and cost-tracking for ongoing project refinement.</li><li>
Work closely with leadership to streamline and optimize company systems, ensuring repeatable, high-performance operational standards.</li></ul> 
What We're Looking For<ul><li>
Proven experience in residential estimating, project engineering, or related construction roles.</li><li>
Proficiency with construction management software (CoConstruct experience highly valued).</li><li>
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret drawings, models, and specifications.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate effectively across clients, team members, and trade partners.</li><li>
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul>
