About the role</b></div><div><br>
Active Leeds is the city&rsquo;s largest fitness operator, with 17 facilities, 22 pools and 13 gyms, delivering over 400 fitness classes each week to more than 30,000 members.</div><div><br>
As our next Fitness Co-ordinator, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in supporting and developing our fitness offer across the city. Working alongside the Fitness and Wellbeing Manager and site teams, you&rsquo;ll help drive improvements in health and fitness delivery, ensuring consistency and quality across all centres.</div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll contribute to the development of fitness programmes and projects, support membership retention through excellent customer journeys, and help ensure our services remain aligned to industry trends and customer needs. You&rsquo;ll also support, mentor and develop fitness staff, helping to build a skilled and motivated workforce.</div><div><br>
This is a highly visible role where you&rsquo;ll lead by example&mdash;supporting sessions, stepping in where needed, undertaking audits, and working collaboratively with partners and teams across Active Leeds to continuously raise standards.</div><div><br>

To assist in the co-ordination and development of fitness activities within Leisure Centres.</li>

Responsibilities</b></div><br>

To support the Fitness Manager and Leisure Centre Managers in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of the centre fitness programmes.</li>
<li>To assist (through the use of a retention model), the organisation and delivery of gym and fitness sessions and special events.</li>
<li>To assist in the development and management of specific fitness projects as appropriate.</li>
<li>To communicate effectively with organisations to encourage involvement and interest in fitness.</li>
<li>To assist in supporting customer fitness progression.</li>
<li>To assist partnership working with internal and external organisations.</li>
<li>To contribute to fitness decisions by being part of the Fitness Development Working Group.</li>

As the Senior Software Engineer you will:</div><br>

Work closely with financial teams and understand their business operations with the aim of identifying efficiencies and building automations.</li>
<li>Analyse requirements by collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes and creates prototype solutions.</li>
<li>Develop low code Power App applications - creates professional Canvas and model Power Apps with attractive user interfaces, associated views, forms, business rules, relationships and process flows</li>
<li>Incorporate and deliver additional functionality via pro code (JavaScript &amp; C#) into custom applications.</li>
