This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children&rsquo;s lives while working in a collaborative and supportive educational setting.Duties<ul><li>Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, and social skills development</li><li>Develop engaging curricula that incorporate learning technology and hands-on activities to enhance student participation</li><li>Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques</li><li>Support children with special needs by applying inclusive teaching practices and working with individuals with autism or in early intervention programs</li><li>Incorporate physical education activities to promote motor skills, coordination, and overall health</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, standardized testing preparations, and educational administration tasks</li><li>Utilize proofreading skills to review student work and ensure clarity in communication with parents and staff</li><li>Implement literacy education strategies and support tutoring efforts to improve reading and writing skills among students</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings or private schools is highly desirable</li><li>Proven ability to develop age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate learning technology and educational tools</li><li>Experience working with children with diverse needs</li><li>Strong communication skills for effectively working with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering a nurturing environment for all children</li></ul>Join us in creating an inspiring space where young minds can thrive!
