This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, fun environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Assist with food handling, food preparation, and sanitation standards to maintain safety and quality</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction</li><li>Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards</li><li>Support host/hostess duties by managing reservations through platforms like OpenTable and coordinating seating arrangements</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally</li><li>Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities</li><li>Experience with food industry tools like OpenTable for reservations management is a plus</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy</li><li>Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required</li></ul>Join us as a Server and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
