Meet or exceed productivity goals set by our fab Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Behavioral Health.</li><li>
Contribute your brilliance by developing and maintaining clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols.</li><li>
Be a phone-call hero during clinic hours, and be ready for duty even beyond those hours as needed.</li><li>
Get creative and assist in developing patient education materials before they make their way to patients.</li><li>
Show off your leadership skills by supervising healthcare students with flair!</li><li>
Keep the quality high with an established clinical quality assurance program.</li><li>
Engage in smooth care coordination with non-physician providers to ensure top-notch psychiatric treatment.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
You're a Medical Doctor with a Board certification (or on the way!) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, rocking a current Texas License.</li><li>
You're a proud upholder of your professional licensing entity's Code of Ethics.</li><li>
Continuing education? You've got it covered to keep your professional license in check!</li><li>
