Location - Dohamust have thorough knowledge of Qatar Labor laws.*#Responsibilities*<ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes for both technical field positions and office roles, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding</li><li>Manage employee relations by handling performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws including wage-and-hour regulations, safety requirements, and documentation standards specific to field-based operations</li><li>Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to address staffing needs, turnover reduction, and skill development across technician and support teams</li><li>Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and competitive market analysis for FM industry positions</li><li>Build and maintain positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and retention strategies tailored to field and office staff</li></ul>Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR21,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
