The Role: 
<ul>
<li>Manage a dedicated caseload of patients in their preferred environment.</li>
<li>Expertly manage pain and symptoms using advanced palliative protocols.</li>
<li>Educate families on the disease process and the dying process with honesty and grace.</li>
<li>Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (MD, LSW, Chaplain) to provide holistic care.</li>
</ul>
