Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.</li><li>
Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.</li><li>
Treat residents one on one, not in a group type setting, so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach.

<ul><li>Degree in area of discipline</li><li>
Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills</li><li>
