The Server/Bartender ensures that orders are received, food and drinks are prepared to order, meets quality standards, and is served promptly to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.This position is located at the Coyote Wash Golf Course in Wellton.Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and process orders through the point-of-sale system.</li><li>Answer customer questions, provide information about menu items, and address special requests or dietary restrictions.</li><li>Manage customer orders efficiently.</li><li>Assist with promoting sales and suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience.</li><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or customer preferences.</li><li>Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.</li><li>Ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner, especially during peak hours or events.</li><li>Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients and equipment.</li><li>Ensure all ingredients are stored properly according to food and beverage safety standards and regulations.</li><li>Assist in checking inventory levels, rotating stock, and notifying supervisors of any shortages or needed supplies.</li><li>Follow all local, state, and federal food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and preparation of beverages.</li><li>Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure that orders are prepared quickly and accurately.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Prior experience in a similar role preferred.</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in hospitality. Country Club experience preferred.</li><li>Experience in working register, cash handling and bar service is required.</li><li>Knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation practices.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, especially when following recipes and drinks preparation guidelines.</li><li>Ability to work well with others and take direction from management.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with staff.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks.</li><li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Certifications:<ul><li>TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent required.</li></ul>Compensation: <ul><li>Hourly wage + tips.</li></ul>This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the Server/Bartender position.
