As we continue to expand our reach, we&rsquo;re seeking a talented Remote Graphic Designer with a strong background in signage to help us create visually stunning and effective designs that communicate our clients&rsquo; brands with impact.Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer experienced in signage design to collaborate with our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing impactful signage across multiple formats and environments. A background in technical file setup and structural drawings is highly desirable.In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Production teams, designing signage for a variety of applications&mdash;ranging from physical locations and retail spaces to large free-standing signs, trade shows and environmental graphics&mdash;while ensuring compliance with client brand guidelines and permitting requirements. You will manage both new artwork and revision requests under the direction of our Art Director, contributing to a team dedicated to quality and best practices.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop creative concepts and layouts for signage projects, ensuring compliance with brand, technical, manufacturing, and permitting standards.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Stay informed on industry trends, new materials, and design best practices.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of files for production and installation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing signage design work.</li><li>Proficiency in CorelDRAW (required); familiarity with other design software is a plus.</li><li>Experience designing a range of signage types, including retail, wayfinding, freestanding, and digital displays.</li><li>Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and interpret architectural files.</li><li>Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools (e.g., SketchUp) and incorporate emerging materials and technologies.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>8-hour work shift</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team culture</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Remote position with occasional on-site visits or training sessions.</li><li>Preferred candidates will be located in the Dallas&ndash;Fort Worth (DFW) area.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re passionate about design and have experience creating impactful signage, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
