<ul><li>Execute and support digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, email marketing, SEO, and content channels.
</li><li>Develop, create, and manage marketing assets including social graphics, campaign creative, website content, presentations, and short-form video content.
</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
</li><li>Support content strategy development and provide recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and overall campaign performance.
</li><li>Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices, including on-page optimization and content enhancements.
</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
</li><li>Prepare and present marketing reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness.
</li><li>Contribute strategic ideas and recommendations to support marketing objectives and business growth.
</li><li>Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
</li></ul></div><p></p><div>Qualifications:
<br>
<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong background in B2B marketing.
</li><li>Experience within technical, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or similarly complex industries strongly preferred.
</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
</li><li>Experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is highly desirable.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
</li><li>Experience utilizing analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Power BI, social media analytics platforms, or similar tools.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create visually polished marketing materials with strong attention to design detail.
</li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating digital campaign execution, content creation, design capabilities, and performance-driven marketing results required.
