</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:
</b></h3>
<ul><li>Manage non-finished goods inventory operations, including ingredients, packaging, dunnage, chemicals, and consumables.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Ensure lot traceability and chain of custody of all ingredients.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Oversee non-conforming material handling and base material selection for remanufacturing.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain inventory control processes to minimize obsolete materials and optimize inventory levels.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Implement and enforce FIFO methodology across all materials to ensure product quality and compliance with budgetary and contractual requirements.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Manage the timely receipt, documentation, and proper storage of ingredients, packaging, supplies, and other raw materials.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and ensure ERP system (PeopleSoft) matches physical stock.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Monitor cycle counts, adjustments, and KPIs to track and improve inventory performance.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Train, guide, and develop staff to achieve complete accuracy in inventory control processes.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Implement and manage MRP/replenishment programs.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Investigate variances, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, quality, accounting, and supply chain teams to improve processes and reduce costs.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis for new projects.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Promote and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with safety, HR, and environmental policies.</li></ul><p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:
</b></h3>
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or Materials Management required; Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of manufacturing industry experience, including 3 years in food processing, materials management, or MRP/replenishment systems.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management (including FIFO), and ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred).</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn specialized materials software.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large datasets.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Experience with SAP, ISO900X, Six Sigma, QOS, or similar quality systems a plus.</li></ul><p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Work Environment:
</b></h3>
<ul><li>Plant manufacturing and office setting with exposure to extreme temperatures, water, chemicals, and moderate noise.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Regular exposure to forklifts, shuttle traffic, and diesel trucks.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Seasonal extended work schedules (July&ndash;October).</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Must be comfortable working in environments with humidity, chlorine odors, and sanitation-related airborne particles.</li></ul><p>
