<div><div><div>Legal Copy Service is seeking a Full Time Applicant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ENTERING AND PREPARING SUBPOENA'S. COMPANY HOURS 8-5 PM PST.<br>
</div><div>Responsibilities include admin duties but not limited to:<br>
</div><ul><li>Data Entry and preparing subpoena and documents.</li>
<li>Verifying, and preparing subpoena's.</li>
<li>40-50 incoming and out going calls to facilities and locations as a scheduler /appointment setter / Coordinator.</li>
<li>Check status on pending records and retrieve them in a timely fashion;</li>
<li>Retrieve records within the lime frame provided.</li>
<li>Verification, research, managing calendar;</li>
<li>Eams &amp; Case Searches</li>
<li>Preparing, sending, receiving, responding to correspondence, bills, declaration of due diligence, along with other documents.</li>
<li>Sorting, mailing, faxing, filing, emailing;</li>
<li>Verification, research, managing calendar;</li>
<li>Eams &amp; Case Searches.</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<br>
</div><ul><li><b>MUST</b> have prior experience working in law firm or legal copy service preparing subpoena's;</li>
<li>Self Starter who is capable of managing multiple tasks, detail oriented and meet critical deadlines;</li>
<li>Ability to work in fast paced team environment;</li>
<li>Basic Knowledge of Excel, Word, Email, Calendar, Internet required;</li>
<li>Able to work well with Others and meet deadlines;</li>
<li>Building Client Relations</li>
<li>Work well under pressure;</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills including active listening;</li>
<li>Professional attitude and appearance;</li>
<li>Customers Service (CSR) experience required.</li>
<li>Good phone etiquette.</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills including active listening.</li>
</ul><div>Education:<br>
</div><ul><li>High school or equivalent.</li>
<li>Office experience required.</li>
</ul><div>Benefits:<br>
</div><ul><li>$ 20.00- $23.00 depending on experience, and location.</li>
