Key responsibilities:
As our Sales Development Representative in the UAE, you&rsquo;ll help LEGALFLY grow its presence in the Gulf region. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our Dubai based Account Executives to fuel the sales pipeline and convert interest into qualified opportunities.<ul><li>
Outbound prospecting &ndash; Identify high-potential law firms and enterprise accounts across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia; drive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.</li><li>
Lead qualification &amp; nurturing &ndash; Initiate intelligent conversations and guide potential clients through the first stages of the funnel.</li><li>
Pipeline development &ndash; Book and manage discovery calls for our Account Executives and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.</li><li>
Regional insight &ndash; Monitor trends and insights in the local legal sector to inform our GTM strategy.</li><li>
Cross-functional collaboration &ndash; Work with marketing, product and sales to provide field-level insights and help iterate GTM campaigns.</li></ul> 
You might be a good fit if you:<ul><li>
Are fluent in Arabic (Gulf dialect), English (written and spoken) and knowledge of French is a plus.</li><li>
Are based in Dubai and can work from our Dubai AI Campus office.</li><li>
Have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales or business development</li><li>
Have experience working in dynamic, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments in tech / SaaS, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.</li><li>
Have hands-on experience with sales enablement tools like Hubspot and Salesforce and email automation platforms.</li><li>
Have a proven ability in cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification.</li><li>
Are hungry to develop your career at LEGALFLY, for example, into a Sales or Marketing role</li><li>
Are smart, inquisitive and possess strong emotional intelligence.</li></ul>
