LOOKING FOR FEMALE MALAYALAM SPEAKER'S ONLY***The Immigration Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting individuals and businesses with the immigration process, providing expert advice, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with local and international immigration laws. This role requires in-depth knowledge of immigration policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication skills to guide clients through the complexities of the immigration system.Key Responsibilities:Consultation &amp; Advisory:Provide personalized immigration advice to clients based on their specific needs (e.g., work visas, permanent residency, student visas).Evaluate eligibility for various visa and immigration programs, considering the client&rsquo;s qualifications, background, and requirements.Offer guidance on immigration options, benefits, and restrictions for clients wishing to move or work in other countries.Application Preparation &amp; Submission:Assist clients in completing and submitting visa applications, ensuring that all documentation is correct, complete, and meets the necessary requirements.Advise clients on the supporting documents required for their visa application (e.g., proof of financial stability, educational credentials, work experience).Review applications and supporting materials to avoid errors or omissions that may delay processing.Document Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client applications, communications, and documents.Ensure that sensitive client information is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with data protection laws.Client Liaison:Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the immigration process.Communicate effectively with immigration authorities, embassies, and consulates on behalf of clients to track the status of applications and resolve any issues.Keep clients informed about the progress of their applications, including any changes or updates to immigration laws and policies.Legal &amp; Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed about current immigration laws, policies, and regulations in relevant countries.Advise clients on compliance with immigration laws and potential legal issues that may affect their immigration status or application process.Appeals &amp; Reapplications:Assist clients with visa reapplications or appeals in case of rejected applications.Help prepare and submit necessary documents for appeals or reconsiderations to immigration authorities.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 25/11/2025Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
