JOB HIGHLIGHTS-Server
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Server. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by providing efficient and courteous service to residents and their guests during meals. The culinary team enhances Legend&rsquo;s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.
How this differs from other Server positions

Pay: Know what you're bringing home each day<li>-Servers are paid a flat hourly rate and may not accept tips. This is to ensure residents are protected.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities-Server
<ul><li>Providing excellent customer service to residents and their guests in an elegant restaurant-style dining room</li>
<li>Accurately taking, placing and serving food and beverage orders as requested</li>
<li>Assisting with special requests whenever possible</li>
<li>Monitoring the salad bar to ensure proper supply and temperature is maintained</li>
<li>Clearing the tables, delivering soiled items to be cleaned, and resetting the table</li>
</ul>

JOB HIGHLIGHTS-Caregiver/Resident Assistant
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Resident Assistant/Caregiver. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by assisting them with their activities of daily living.
Responsibilities-Caregiver/Resident Assistant
<ul><li>Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.</li>
<li>Monitoring the resident&rsquo;s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed</li>
<li>Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement</li>
<li>Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director</li>
<li>Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift</li>
</ul>
Bonus opportunities-Caregiver/Resident Assistant
<ul><li>Perfect attendance bonus&mdash;$75 for full-time (up to a $1,950 annual benefit) and $35 for part-time (up to a $910 annual benefit)</li>
<li>Shift differential&mdash;$1+ per hour depending on location and shift assignment</li>
