JOB HIGHLIGHTS-Maintenance Technician
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring the place they call home is a safe and attractive living environment. This position functions to maintain and repair the equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence.
Responsibilities-Maintenance Technician
<ul><li>Regularly walking throughout the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety</li>
<li>Completing and documenting work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds and equipment</li>
<li>Following troubleshooting, reporting to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairs</li>
<li>Assisting the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by outside vendors</li>
<li>Communicating effectively with residents and staff</li>
<li>Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines</li>

<ul><li>Required: Previous experience in a related trade or position, preferably with expertise in electrical, HVAC and repairs and/or maintenance</li>
<li>Required: Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of service and delivery requirements, as required</li></ul>
