</div></div><p>The<i> Cocktail Server</i> will provide beverage service in a manner which ensures excellent customer service and a professional environment resulting in increased customer loyalty.
</p><div><div><b>Job Requirements:</b>
</div></div><ul><li>Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all guests in a friendly and timely manner.
</li><li>Promote and record orders for drinks, reciting selections of all &ldquo;call&rdquo;, and &ldquo;premium&rdquo; brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to customer in a timely manner.
</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of guest areas.
</li><li>Maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes, preparing cocktails and other drinks including wine and beer.
</li><li>Check identification of guests in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
</li><li>Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner.
</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.
</li></ul><p><b>Education and Experience:
</b></p><ul><li>Highschool diploma/GED.</li><li>
Previous cocktail service experience preferred.</li></ul><p><b>
Additional Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>
Must comply with all health codes and regulations.</li><li>
Knowledge of casino environment preferred.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service.</li><li>
Good oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends.</li><li>
Must have and maintain an Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training.
</li><li>Must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests.</li><li>
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.</li></ul><p><b>
