<p>The Marketing and Communications Specialist executes regional marketing, branding, and communications initiatives through high-quality content development, digital publishing, asset production, writing and coordination/project management support. This role ensures brand and messaging consistency, timely delivery, and operational excellence across communication channels under the direction of the Regional Manager.</p><p><b>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b>:</p><p>
1. Draft and publish communication materials such as articles, announcements, social media posts, presentations, and supporting messages for internal and external audiences with guidance from the regional Manager.</p><p>
2. Develop visuals, templates, and communication assets that follow brand and messaging guidelines and contribute to the creation of on brand materials.</p><p>
3. Prepare intranet updates, employee messages, event related materials, and other operational communication deliverables to support internal engagement.</p><p>
4. Assist with digital and social channel activity by posting content, monitoring engagement, gathering basic analytics, and supporting campaigns as guided by the Manager.</p><p>
5. Coordinate project activities by organizing timelines, monitoring review steps, tracking required approvals, and maintaining relevant assets in the designated systems.</p><p>
6. Collaborate with cross functional teams such as HR, Engineering, and Legal to ensure accuracy and alignment of communication materials before publication.</p><p>
7. Produce multimedia content such as graphics, presentation visuals, or simple video/script inputs; maintain the digital asset library; and support basic KPI tracking related to communication activities.</p><p>
8. Maintain version control and organized file structures, update templates and document libraries, and track required approvals to support consistent communication processes.</p><p><b>
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
</b></p><p>Educational requirements, Certifications:</p><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.</p><p>
Experience:</p><ul><li>1-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or branding</li><li>Demonstrated portfolio of writing and visual content</li><li>Experience working within brand guidelines</li><li>Experience in B2B, automotive, or industrial environments preferred</li></ul><p><b>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY</b>:</p><p>
 Strong writing and editing fundamentals</p><p>
 Basic visual and presentation design skills</p><p>
 Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines</p><p>
 Strong communication and organizational skills</p><p>
 Fluency in English required</p><br>
