Job Opening: HVAC Technician (Advanced Controls &amp; Commercial Systems)Company: CPH Job Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team, dedicated primarily to the Shell facility in Sewaren, NJ, with flexibility to support other CPH projects as needed. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in commercial HVAC systems and controls.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems</li><li>Diagnose and service Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)</li><li>Work on Aion units, BARD units, rooftop units, and mini-split systems</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate service documentation and reports</li><li>Collaborate with site leadership and technical teams</li><li>Follow all safety, compliance, and company procedures</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician</li><li>Strong working knowledge of:</li><li>VFDs</li><li>Aion HVAC units</li><li>BARD units</li><li>Rooftop units</li><li>Mini-split systems</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues</li><li>EPA Certification required</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Flexibility to support other CPH locations when needed</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working in industrial or refinery environments</li><li>OSHA certification</li><li>Controls or automation experience</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Stable, long-term opportunity</li><li>Professional work environment</li><li>Opportunity to work on advanced HVAC systems</li></ul>Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) 4% Match</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Company truck</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Tools provided</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
