What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Verify Benefits &amp; Enrollment: Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and more via systems like Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and MHS Genesis.</li><li>
Primary Care Manager (PCM) Changes: Follow Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines to make individual and batch PCM updates.</li><li>
Education &amp; Customer Service: Offer guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims, assisting beneficiaries both in person and over the phone.</li><li>
Claims Assistance: Provide basic claims status updates and support.</li><li>
Conduct Briefings: Lead informational sessions for various events such as in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation/retirement.</li><li>
Data Management: Collect and record daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) info into applicable systems.</li><li>
Assess &amp; Escalate Issues: Evaluate the level of assistance needed and refer or escalate complex issues as needed for proper resolution.</li><li>
Compliance &amp; Confidentiality: Comply with all HIPAA regulations, maintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information (PHI), and complete Leidos and other training courses on time.</li><li>
Collaborate &amp; Support: Assist with remote support, train new team members, and other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>

TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative - Bahrain

Leidos Defense Systems Sector, is seeking a talented Lead Stress Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
The Lead Stress Analyst will join a select team of engineers and technicians who are responsible for the design, manufacture, test and deployment of advanced defense systems. These systems will include, but won&rsquo;t be limited to, directed microwave energy air defense systems, missile launcher platforms, small munitions, avionics and mobile power systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Stress Analyst will use analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools to produce models, perform analysis, calculations, data reduction, and correlate test results for structures and/or structural dynamics.
The Stress Analyst will be responsible for closely collaborating with the design and manufacturing teams to produce designs that meet stringent performance, manufacturability and schedule requirements.
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university.</li><li>
Candidate must have at least a BS degree and 8+ years&rsquo; experience (or an MS degree and 6+ years) performing stress analysis experience in industry.</li><li>
Candidate must have demonstrated experience with any of the commercial finite element analysis tools (e.g. FEMAP/NX NASTRAN, PATRAN/MSC NASTRAN, ANSYS, Abaqus, etc.).</li><li>
Candidate must be able to write technical reports and present data to a multi-disciplined team.</li><li>
The position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.</li><li>
Candidate must be capable of working as part of a larger analysis team or working as the sole analyst on a project.</li><li>

The Field Service Technician will perform maintenance, training, and work closely with military customers. This position desires an individual who has experience performing mechanical and electronics, on both the radiation and Backscatter technology systems as well as skills performing installs, de-installs, testing systems and components, and performing Preventive Maintenance actions on a variety of systems belonging to the Non-Intrusive Inspection Systems.
