Senior Waiter &ndash; Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service &amp; Guest Experience<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.</li><li>Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and offer recommendations.</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff promptly.</li><li>Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns or complaints immediately.</li><li>Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times to enhance the guest experience.</li></ul>2. Order Management &amp; Service<ul><li>Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently according to company standards.</li><li>Ensure proper table settings, including cutlery, glasses, and tableware.</li><li>Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and customized orders carefully.</li><li>Monitor guest tables regularly to ensure prompt service and handle additional orders quickly.</li><li>Ensure accurate billing and assist guests with payment processing.</li></ul>3. Leadership &amp; Team Support<ul><li>Assist in supervising junior waiters and support staff to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to new team members.</li><li>Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service staff to maintain seamless service.</li><li>Act as the point of contact between management and the service team for updates and instructions.</li></ul>4. Hygiene, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure the dining area, tables, and service stations are always clean and well-organized.</li><li>Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per UAE Municipality and company policies.</li><li>Report any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.</li><li>Make sure that proper personal hygiene and grooming standards are maintained at all times.</li></ul>5. Upselling &amp; Revenue Enhancement<ul><li>Suggestive sell and promote menu specials, combo offers, and premium items to maximize sales.</li><li>Ensure knowledge of current promotions and offers to inform guests effectively.</li><li>Assist in achieving outlet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.</li></ul>6. Reporting &amp; Communication<ul><li>Provide daily feedback to the Restaurant Manager on guest experiences and operational issues.</li><li>Report customer complaints, delays, or service concerns to management immediately.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of orders, bills, and any customer special requests.</li></ul>7. General Duties<ul><li>Attend daily briefings and follow instructions from the Restaurant Manager.</li><li>Assist in stock control for tableware, cutlery, and linens.</li><li>Perform opening and closing duties as per the restaurant&rsquo;s standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Be flexible and assist other team members when required during peak operations.</li></ul>Key Skills Required<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food &amp; beverage service standards.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
