 The Marketing Engineer should be connected with developers &amp; consultants in the Sharjah &amp; NE Region. Should be able to meet, specify the products , open new business leads and work closely in office and on site to develop all the products of LEMINAR.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing and developing customer base for All products of Leminar
 </li>
 <li>
 Brand management and key account management
 </li>
 <li>
 Training and managing the sales executives
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning promotions, territory sales and marketing management
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing submittals and approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing business strategy and discuss the PoA&rsquo;s during interim meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Client retention and territory expansion plan development
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring customer satisfaction achieved through: o Competitive pricing o Prompt delivery o Customer satisfaction survey
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Must have skills
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years of exp. in Marketing in an HVAC equipments company
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Sharjah / Northern Emirates market
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have built strong relationships with Consultants &amp; Contractors in the region
 </li>
 </ul>
