Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Receptionist Cum Office Boy to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be presentable, hardworking, and able to handle both front-desk responsibilities and office support duties, including cleaning and maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesReception &amp; Front Desk Duties<ul><li>Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Answer phone calls and manage basic inquiries</li><li>Handle courier deliveries and outgoing shipments</li><li>Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization</li></ul>Office Support Duties<ul><li>Serve tea/coffee to staff and guests when required</li><li>Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents</li><li>Support staff with day-to-day office tasks</li></ul>Cleaning &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Ensure office premises are clean and tidy at all times</li><li>Perform basic cleaning duties (floors, pantry, washroom upkeep, etc.)</li><li>Dispose of trash and maintain hygiene standards</li><li>Refill office supplies such as water, tissue, and pantry items</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage</li><li>Hardworking, honest, and well-mannered</li><li>Ability to multitask and follow instructions</li><li>Basic English communication skills</li><li>Must be willing to handle cleaning and office boy duties</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
