As a Lemongrass Site Reliability Engineer focused on SAP on Microsoft Azure, you have a proven track record of supporting Operational environments whilst using DevOps tooling to automate management and improve reliability.<br>
<br>
You will work closely with our Operations teams, Architects, and other Site Reliability and DevOps engineers to help meet the day-to-day business needs of Lemongrass&rsquo; core business: SAP on Cloud.<br>
The team have a key responsibility for using DevOps tools and capabilities both to aid the current build activities and for the long-term running of the applications, for example CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-As-Code, Configuration-As-Code, test automation, operational monitoring, and cost control.<br>
<br>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and optimize SAP landscapes on Azure for our clients, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency.</li><li>
Utilize industry-leading tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible for the management and deployment of infrastructure as code (IAC) solutions.</li><li>
Adhere to best practices for managing systems and services across various cloud environments.</li><li>
Monitor production environments using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics to track metrics, logs, and system performance, ensuring high levels of system and infrastructure availability.</li><li>
Work with development teams to identify and implement automation in appropriate areas.</li><li>
Handle code deployments in all environments.</li><li>
Maintain system standards and securities for Operating System and Cloud Best practices</li><li>
Work with other teams, especially SAP basis, on Incident and Problem Resolution and fulfillment of Service and Change Requests.</li><li>
Adhere to Enterprise-level Operational Procedures, such as Change Control.</li></ul><br>

<div><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><div><div><div><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Operations environments that utilize DevOps tooling.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Virtual Network, IAM, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.</li><li>
Strong Linux (SUSE or RHEL experience preferred) and Windows System Administration skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in leveraging DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, and Git.</li><li>
Experience managing SAP workloads on Azure, including understanding of SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and S/4HANA cloud deployments.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Proficiency in ITIL procedures such as Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.</li><li><b>
Fluency in Turkish (written and verbal) is required to support regional collaboration and documentation.</b></li></ul>
<p><b> Desired:</b></p>
<ul><li>Ability to automate complex tasks with tools such as Terraform / Ansible / Bash / PowerShell</li><li>
Knowledge of Agile methodologies</li><li>
Work experience across Development and Support</li><li>
Relevant certification in Cloud technologies, SAP, or DevOps would be advantageous</li><li>
ITIL certification is advantageous</li></ul>

 Organizational, oral and written communications skills.</li><li>
 Hands-on ABAP experience.</li><li>
 Experience working with OData services and Restful API&rsquo;s</li><li>
Team player willing to engage and work with other team members.</li><li>

Education/Experience Level:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience as an ABAP Developer, with a strong understanding of SAP systems. Proficiency in ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. Knowledge of SAP modules and business processes.</li><li>
 Strong database management skills, including experience with SQL. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.</li><li>
 Knowledge of software development best practices and coding standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>
 Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Relevant certifications in ABAP development or SAP are a plus.</li><li>
