We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Tax Analyst to assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns, tax compliance, and other related financial activities. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of tax laws and accounting principles and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced professional environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of income tax returns, GST filings, TDS returns, and other regulatory reports.</li><li>Support the team in tax reconciliations, data analysis, and documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tax payments, filings, and correspondence.</li><li>Help monitor changes in tax laws and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.</li><li>Work with internal departments to gather financial data required for tax filings.</li><li>Provide support during tax audits and respond to tax authorities as required.</li><li>Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes relating to taxes.</li><li>Perform other ad-hoc tax-related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>0&ndash;1 years of experience in a tax or finance-related role (internship experience acceptable).</li><li>Basic understanding of direct and indirect taxation.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc., is a plus).</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Indian tax laws (Income Tax Act, GST, etc.)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
