<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Prospecting and Business Development:</b> Identify and engage new dealership partners to expand our network, drive growth, and strengthen market presence in the automotive finance sector.</li><li><b>
Dealer Support and Relationship Management:</b> Provide exceptional service and consultative support to dealer partners through on-site visits to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success.</li><li><b>
Market Analysis:</b> Analyze market trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities and guide strategic business decisions.</li><li><b>
Brand Promotion:</b> Enhance brand visibility and reputation through targeted outreach, effective communication, and consistent representation of our values and offerings.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development &mdash; ideally within automotive lending, finance, or a related field.</li><li>
A consistent record of professional growth, including at least 2 years in your most recent role.</li><li>
Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience is highly valued.</li><li>
Willingness and ability to maintain a six-day work week with daily in-person visits to dealership partners throughout the territory.</li><li>
Strong communicator and negotiator with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with the ability to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies for success.</li><li>
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.</li><li>
Collaborative, adaptable, and equally confident working independently.</li><li>
Must hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license, maintain a clean driving record, and carry full coverage insurance.</li><li>
Customer-focused, organized, and committed to excellence in every interaction.</li><li>
Must reside within or near the assigned geographic territory.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.</li></ul><div>
Uncapped commission/bonus structure based upon on your performance in generating deals, growing business.
