In this role, you will be the primary technical bridge between our partners and our platform, ensuring that lenders and affiliates can successfully integrate with Lendio&rsquo;s suite of SaaS products and APIs. You will navigate complex technical environments, troubleshoot integration challenges, and manage projects that directly impact the success of our partners.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Will Own</h2><ul><li>
Product Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Lendio&rsquo;s SaaS products and the Lendio API across all use cases.</li><li>
Technical Consultation: Work directly with lender and partner technical teams to resolve integration hurdles and provide architectural guidance.</li><li>
Issue Management: Research, resolve, or coordinate the resolution of issues discovered or reported by partners; record, monitor, and report on these issues through to completion.</li><li>
API Quality Assurance: Test and monitor API connections generally and on a per-client basis to ensure high availability and performance.</li><li>
Defect Tracking: Identify and validate bugs or other defects, reporting them clearly to product and development teams.</li><li>
Project Leadership: Manage implementation projects from end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, clear communication, and strict alignment with client requirements.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product and development teams to stay informed on upgrades and the product roadmap.</li><li>
Documentation &amp; Communication: Contribute to technical documentation and maintain clear communication channels with clients as needed.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Core API Infrastructure<ul><li>
Lendio APIs (Lender, Partner/Affiliate, Embedded) and the API GitHub repo.</li></ul></li><li>
Testing &amp; Documentation Tools<ul><li>
Spotlight, Postman, and ReadMe.</li></ul></li><li>
Data &amp; Database Management<ul><li>
TablePlus/DB GUI, Snowflake, and Metabase.</li></ul></li><li>
Project Management &amp; Support<ul><li>
Jira, Asana, and Zendesk.</li></ul></li><li>
Internal Platforms<ul><li>
Laravel Nova and the Lender/Partner Portals.</li></ul></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
Proven experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or a related technical client-facing role.</li><li>
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and the ability to troubleshoot JSON payloads and HTTP status codes.</li><li>
Experience with database queries (SQL) and data visualization tools like Metabase or Snowflake.</li><li>
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul></div>
Pay Range:
$90 - $100k
