Job Description:
<ul><li>Ability to help resolve complex technical issues using error logs and independently manage Critical/Complex situations.</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication ability.
</li><li>Ability to independently write and validate the technical specification surrounding the access management process for SAP.</li><li>
The candidate will be responsible for technical analysis and testing an implementation of SAP developments.</li><li>
Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards
</li><li>Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research.</li><li>
Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>4+ years of SAP experience</li><li>
Must be expert at troubleshooting user errors via error log analysis.
</li><li>Must be able to evaluate user requirements relative to current application functionality.
</li><li>Requires clear written and verbal communication in a technical context.</li></ul><div><b>
SAP Security &amp; GRC:</b></div><ul><li>
Should have thorough knowledge on:</li><li>
Role creation</li><li>
Role generation</li><li>
Authorization object interaction</li><li>
Experience on GRC 12 ARA, BRM, ARM and EAM Implementation/Support project.</li><li>
Understanding on Global Rule set and customized ruleset.</li><li>
User License Management.</li><li>
Schedule Background jobs and monitor the sync issues.</li><li>
Understanding of Logical Systems and Offline Risk Analysis</li><li>
Experience in SAP ECC, S/4 &amp; Fiori, HR &amp; EWM
</li><li>Should have knowledge on SoD, SOX, Audit processes &amp; Industry Good Practices.</li></ul><ul><li><b>
Nice to have:</b></li><li>
Good knowledge in functional areas in SAP is a plus</li><li>
Knowledge in SAP query design
</li><li>Access database experience</li></ul></div>
