 Summary of the Role:
 
 The Asset Management Associate will work directly with the SVP, Broker Dealer Operations &amp; Solutions and Senior Asset Management Associate, Team Lead to successfully onboard and service new and existing clients who are placing their trust in Lenox Advisors to take care of their total investment needs. The Asset Management Associate shall demonstrate proficiency in all new client onboarding and service processes, systems, and procedures. In addition, the Asset Management Associate supports operational and service processes by helping to maintain documentation, prepare client communications, and assist with process improvements as directed. Special projects may be assigned at the discretion of Lenox leadership.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficient in standard new client onboardings and service processes, systems, and procedures. Manage RM/Client work items independently with expediency and superior customer service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a strong understanding of Lenox Asset Management (LAM) subject matter, strong understanding of the LAM new business and service processes, systems, and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess a strong understanding of the MMLIS platform, services, and personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify challenges and make recommendations in the development and revision of departmental policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Periodically assists the SVP on special projects to ensure continuous and efficient workflow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster strong relationships with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, neighboring departments, MMLISI, and vendors as well as the end client.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Knowledge
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 LAM and MMLIS subject matter expertise as it relates to new client onboarding and service processes, systems, and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of various investment product characteristics and behavior in various market environments
 </li>
 <li>
 MOSAIC: Advanced skills related to tasking and arrays for companywide projects. Understanding of available reports such as Net Flow Reporting and Scorecards
 </li>
 <li>
 MMLIS Technology: Advanced skills related to A360, ENV3, Fieldnet, VAOE, and FOAE
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Maintaining positive working relationships with clients and Relationship Managers
 </li>

 Supports the team in identifying issues and brings potential concerns to the attention of senior staff in a timely manner. Learns to recognize patterns and contribute to basic problem-solving efforts

 Assists with resolving routine service issues by gathering relevant information, coordinating with the appropriate vendor or department, and escalating more complex matters to senior team members when necessary

 Handle escalated issues assigned +by Lenox Leadership, RMs, and clients

 Education And/or Experience

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years prior experience within financial services
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous operations experience and providing a high level of client service is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Series 7 and 66 (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (preferred)

The base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 &ndash; $80,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
