As we expand our dental support team, we are looking for confident and highly professional individuals to join us.We are seeking a Dental Front Desk / Virtual Assistant to support US-based dental practices. This role requires exceptional English communication skills, a professional tone and accent, and the ability to handle patient interactions with confidence and clarity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a medical clinic or private practice and understand the importance of professionalism in patient communication.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer incoming patient calls and respond to inquiries professionally</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments</li><li>Communicate treatment plans and follow up with patients</li><li>Verify insurance eligibility and benefits</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with billing teams regarding insurance and payment matters</li><li>Send reminders and follow up on missed appointments</li><li>Handle email communication with patients and clinic staff</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Female candidate required</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience working with a medical clinic or private practice</li><li>Exceptional written and spoken English skills</li><li>Clear, confident communication style with a professional accent</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and patient-focused approach</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred</li><li>Basic understanding of insurance verification and scheduling systems</li><li>Strong computer literacy and attention to detail</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Timings: 6:00 PM &ndash; 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday</li><li>Location: Rawalpindi (on-site only)</li><li>Employment Type: Full-time</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Call Handling: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
