We specialize in connecting skilled IT technicians with service requests efficiently, ensuring timely support and excellent client satisfaction.Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive IT Technician Dispatcher to coordinate and manage field service technicians across the USA. The ideal candidate will handle job assignments, track technician performance, and ensure smooth communication between clients and technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesAssign service tickets from clients to available IT technicians based on location, skill set, and urgencyCoordinate scheduling and dispatch of field technicians for onsite and remote jobsMonitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service requestsCommunicate with clients regarding job updates, delays, and completion statusMaintain accurate records of service calls, technician logs, and job reportsHandle incoming service requests via calls, emails, and ticketing systemsTroubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve operational issues quicklyEnsure technicians meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and quality standardsRequirementsProven experience in dispatching (IT, Security or Trucking)Strong communication and coordination skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with ticketing/CRM systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.) is a plusBasic understanding of IT services (networking, hardware, software support)Good problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceAbility to work in US time zonesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with independent IT technicians in the USAKnowledge of field service management toolsBackground in technical support or IT servicesWhat We OfferCompetitive basic salary (50k-70k) + attractive commissionCareer growth opportunities in a fast-scaling companyHands-on experience in IT and dispatch operationsMonthly DinnersAnnual TripsPerformance BonusesJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
