</div><div><ul><li>Involved with the design and development of test programs to measure the functionality and integrity of products and services. Write test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability and evaluates the ability of products to meet performance standards and specifications. Debug test hardware and software.</li>
<li>Responsible for technical activity and completion of assigned task on time and budget</li>
<li>Design, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products, systems or subsystems</li>
<li>May use computer-aided engineering or other design/analysis software in the performance of assignments.

</div><div><ul><li>Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on production capacity, materials availability and contractual requirements</li>
<li>Obtain agreement from production, materials and program office before execution of the MPS</li>

<li>Ensure closeout of old programs/jobs to include the disposition of all requisition, purchase orders and residual inventory</li>
<li>Monitor shipping performance to MPS and contract and create tracking reports</li>

This position is based out of our Goleta, CA facility and will have the option to work an in person or hybrid schedule. The Senior Software Engineer provides technical and analytical work to develop, design, and/or support software solutions across multiple U.S. defense industries. Duties include participating in software design activities, developing code based on the architecture and technical design, creating and performing unit tests, enhancing the software development process, and playing an active role in test case planning for components and functions developed by the project team. The selected candidate will work with other engineering disciplines and use their software development expertise to create robust technical solutions across multiple technology areas.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
