Job Description</b></h2><ul><li><p><b>
Execution of Maintenance Protocols:</b> Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, tools, and facility utilities to ensure minimal downtime and adherence to LEONI standards.</p></li><li><p><b>
Systems &amp; Utility Support:</b> Assists in the routine inspection and upkeep of critical plant infrastructure, including electricity, compressed air, HVAC systems, and firefighting/security equipment.</p></li><li><p><b>
LTPM Implementation:</b> Contributes to the rollout and daily sustenance of <b>Lean Total Productive Maintenance (LTPM)</b> activities, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient technical environment.</p></li><li><p><b>
Equipment Installation &amp; Calibration:</b> Supports the installation, movement, and technical re-qualification of machinery and tools during plant updates or production shifts.</p></li><li><p><b>
Performance Monitoring:</b> Collects and analyzes machine performance data to help the Team Leader identify technical bottlenecks and areas for process improvement.</p></li><li><p><b>
Governance &amp; Safety Compliance:</b> Strictly adheres to internal maintenance governance, safety regulations, and environmental standards during all technical interventions.</p></li><li><p><b>
Technical Documentation &amp; Reporting:</b> Maintains accurate logs of all maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history to ensure data integrity for KPI tracking.</p></li></ul></div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications and Experience</b></h2><ul><li><p><b>
Education:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in <b>Electrical Engineering</b> (Power/Mechatronics). Fresh graduates (0-1 year).</p></li><li><p><b>
Experience:</b> Minimum of one <b>industrial internship</b> or structured technical training.</p></li><li><p><b>
Technical:</b> Solid grasp of PLC, motor controls, and electrical circuits. Graduation projects in automation/maintenance are a plus.</p></li><li><p><b>
Languages:</b><b>Fluent English</b> (written/spoken) for technical manuals and global reporting.</p></li><li><p><b>
Soft Skills:</b> Strong <b>communication</b>, proactive problem-solving, and team collaboration.</p></li><li><p><b>

Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure all outputs meet strict deadlines and on-time delivery requirements.</li><li>
Mentor and upskill team members through targeted training to consistently hit production targets and quality benchmarks.</li><li>
Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery while diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.</li><li>
Collaborate with design, engineering, and maintenance departments to streamline workflows and integrate process improvements.</li><li>
Conduct rigorous quality checks against technical specifications and maintain accurate production records and documentation.</li><li>
Enforce workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and workflow optimization.</li></ul></div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications and Experience</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering.</li><li>
5-7 years of Experience in a relevant department .</li><li>
Proven experience in CNC machining, including setup, programming, and operation.</li><li>
Prior supervisory or team leader experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting CAD/CAM data.</li><li>
Knowledge of multiple CNC control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens)</li><li>
SolidWorks Experience is mandatory.</li><li>
Very Good Command of English.</li><li>
Very Good user of Microsoft Office.</li><li>
