Job Description</b></h2><ul><li>
Maintain accurate supplier and article master data, and process Material Requirements Planning (MRP) results to generate supplier orders</li><li>
Track supplier deliveries, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks of shortages to ensure continuity of supply</li><li>
Optimise stock levels for raw materials and implement actions to prevent excess inventory and obsolescence</li><li>
Support technical changes by coordinating the ordering and delivery of new components</li><li>
Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, including localization, consignment agreements, and logistics arrangements</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate supplier delivery performance on a regular basis, identifying areas for improvement</li><li>
Support stock-take and cycle counting processes within the plant to maintain inventory accuracy</li></ul></div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications and Experience</b></h2><ul><li><p><b>
Educational Background:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree inEngineering or Supply Chain Management.</p></li><li><p><b>
Years of Experience:</b> +1 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Material Planning within a manufacturing environment.</p></li><li><p><b>
Language:</b> Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent professional communication and reporting skills.</p></li><li><p><b>

Job Description</b></h2><ul><li>
Manage the ordering, release, and change control of rework tools, handy tools, clip guns, and other equipment during product changes and new product introductions, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements.</li><li>
Serve as the primary interface between production engineering and suppliers for new tool design, specifications, and delivery, ensuring all requirements are met and communicated effectively.</li><li>
Install, configure, and support the release of foaming tools, moulding tools, and innovative tooling solutions (including robotics, AGV, and VR technology applications) to optimize production processes.</li><li>
Create comprehensive maintenance work instructions for all tool types, conduct training sessions, and coach the maintenance team to ensure proper tool operation, care, and troubleshooting capabilities.</li><li>
Establish and maintain the spare parts database with complete technical information, coordinate the manufacturing or procurement of auxiliary tools and non-standard fixtures, and manage initial spare parts ordering and inventory.</li><li>
Plan and execute construction and modification of assembly facilities according to specifications and standards during product changes and new introductions, ensuring compliance with process flow requirements and project schedules.</li><li>
Monitor tool traceability, material status, and validation requirements; implement lessons learned and best practices across the production network; and ensure all technical changes are executed in accordance with drawing and quality management requirements.</li></ul></div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications and Experience</b></h2><ul><li>
2-3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or production tooling.</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in technical design review, drawing interpretation, and CAD software proficiency.</li><li>
Proven experience in supplier relationship management and cross-functional communication with engineering and production teams.</li><li>
Solid background in manufacturing processes, tool design, or production equipment management.</li><li>
