 Job Description

 Leads and manages the HR Business Partner team to achieve defined objectives and KPIs
 </li>

 Designs, drives, and oversees strategic HR initiatives that strengthen business partnership and organizational impact
 </li>

 Ensures HR governance, standards, and processes are in place and continuously improved
 </li>
 <li>
 Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility

 Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or other related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Over 7 years of proven experience in a manufacturing industry with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role such as Head of HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in managing Labor Union relations and negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 High leadership skills with a strong focus on employee coaching, mentoring, and development
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional proficiency in English Language
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Head of HR Business Partner

 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitors continuously the local economical, technical &amp; social market trends for the assigned categories, sub-categories and suppliers (market surveys)
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs internal / external analysis of respective categories, and organizes research on the market for alternatives in terms of potential suppliers/ prices/ products / services and in alignment with the respective category manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts relevant supplier contracts of complexity (e.g. Framework Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Quality Assurance Agreement) in close collaboration with legal department and respective country plants and in alignment with the respective category manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures the publication of the negotiation results within the organization and purchasing network
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs complex national RFQs negotiations according to strategic framework based on purchase request and tender books of internal requestor and in alignment with the respective category manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizes regular coordination and review meetings with the relevant internal stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Verifies monthly purchasing reporting and track it in the respective tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Executes and implements solutions for supplier escalations, especially for delivery delays and allocations to safeguard indirect material and services supplies and in alignment with the respective category manager
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or other related field
 </li>
 <li>
 (3-5) years of proven experience in the same field
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Time Management and Planning capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional proficiency in English Language
 </li>
 <li>
