GCI Contracting (under LEOS Developments) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Engineer &ndash; Site &amp; Client Coordination to support ongoing villa and mid-rise residential building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong technical, site coordination, and client management experience within reputable contracting companies in the UAE.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary technical liaison between the site team and clients, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.</li><li>Review IFC drawings, project specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with design and contractual requirements.</li><li>Monitor site progress and provide technical guidance to site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.</li><li>Resolve technical issues on-site promptly to maintain project timelines and quality standards.</li><li>Prepare and submit technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation as required.</li><li>Coordinate and attend site meetings, design reviews, and inspections with clients and consultants.</li><li>Support procurement with technical clarifications, material approvals, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Collaborate with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and UAE regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate technical records, drawings, and correspondence for project documentation.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies Required<ul><li>Strong understanding of residential construction, site execution, and technical coordination.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with clients, consultants, and site teams.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation accurately.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.</li><li>BIM/Revit exposure is an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil or relevant Engineering discipline (Mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;10 years of UAE experience in construction projects, with proven site and client coordination experience.</li><li>Experience in villa, mid-rise, or mixed-use building projects is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and contract compliance.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested applicants may apply using the link below:Application Form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfWUh4QdR1ksLNOwYFBGd1Vzu46l0rs0K072XoLKL-hMV3GKw/viewform?usp=dialogEmail: careers@gcicontracting.comJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
