<div><p>The Central Service Processor I prioritizes and coordinates the distribution of all checks from lenders and all operational teams ensuring timely delivery to the tax collecting agency. The role reviews data transmittals and makes certain all procedures are followed as represented within the agency payment requirements and that tax payment packages are complete.</p>

<ul><li>Ensures all tax bills and C service reports balance to the checks presented to complete payment of taxes</li></ul>
<ul><li>Matches and mails mass volumes within a short time frame</li></ul>
<ul><li>Works under time constraints in an effort to meet mortgage lender&rsquo;s reporting dates to allow for sufficient processing time to ensure disbursement from escrow account is completed by the disbursement due month</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicates to the operational teams if tax payments are presented with incomplete data</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitors, reports, and communicates status of work assignments and statistics to Team Lead/Supervisor while identifying any opportunity to increase efficiency processing tax payments from mortgage lenders to the taxing agency jurisdictions in order to meet tax payment deadlines</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitors and reports status of checks in-house via spreadsheets</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitors and reports status and tracking of mailed checks via LERETA online Check Browse</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assists with training of fellow team members, specifically Temporary Staff personnel</li></ul>

 </b><b>Customer Service</b></p>
<ul><li>Responds to phone, written, e-mail and other inquiries from customer and tax collectors</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicates tax status information to LERETA&rsquo;S internal and external customers</li></ul>

Quality Control</b></p>
<ul><li>Performs Quality Assurance (QA) in work queues, Excel spreadsheets and other applicable formats.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Applies and supports the implementation of new or modified policy and procedures as instructed to ensure Tax Disbursement Team standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepares production/statistical reports as applicable.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Utilizes LERETA online Agency profile, Agency Calendar, and FAQS for applicable processing within scope of job responsibilities. Identifies discrepancies that may impact tax processing results to LERETA business partners.</li></ul>

 </b><b>Check Control</b></p>
<ul><li>Ensures that all checks received from lenders or internal departments are acknowledged by our check control team and delivery timely for distribution to agency.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicates to lenders should there be any checks not received within the daily package.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitors and reviews all checks that show not yet processed and ensure have been completed to meet service level requirements.</li></ul>

<div><p>The <b>Senior Data Engineer</b> leads the design, modernization, and operational support of the enterprise data platform. This role is responsible for architecting, optimizing, and supporting enterprise data integration, warehousing, reporting, and automation solutions across Azure, Snowflake, Microsoft BI technologies, and the Power Platform.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Defines and implements enterprise data architecture leveraging Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2), Azure SQL, Snowflake, Snowflake OpenFlow, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Leads conversion of SSIS packages to Azure Data Factory, Snowflake OpenFlow and modern ELT frameworks</li>
</ul><ul><li>Designs scalable ingestion patterns to prevent duplicate extracts and enable incremental loading</li>
</ul><ul><li>Optimizes long-running data extractions and improves pipeline performance</li>
</ul><ul><li>Manages and tunes Snowflake warehouses for performance and cost efficiency</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develops and supports Power BI datasets, data models, and enterprise reporting solutions</li>
</ul><ul><li>Supports and modernizes SSRS reporting and downstream Power Platform dependencies</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develops automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline operational processes</li>
</ul><ul><li>Utilizes advanced Excel capabilities for analysis, reconciliation, validation, and business support</li>
</ul><ul><li>Establishes best practices for data modeling, environment promotion (Dev/QA/Prod), naming conventions, monitoring, and operational support</li>
</ul><ul><li>Provides Tier 2 / Tier 3 production support for data integration and reporting platforms</li>
</ul><ul><li>Participates in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress reporting.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Identifies obsolete fact tables, unused reports, and redundant processes to streamline the data ecosystem</li>
</ul><ul><li>Partners with leadership to provide visibility into sprint progress, platform health, and modernization initiatives</li>
</ul><ul><li>Leverages Ataccama ONE for governance, data quality monitoring, and metadata management</li>
</ul><ul><li><div><ul><li>Integrates and maintain Ataccama data quality workflows to support enterprise data governance</li>
</ul>

<p>
Salary range: $114,280 - $140,000</p>
