Position: 19th Hole Bartender/ServerLocation: The TurnCompensation: $11.35-$13 per hour (commensurate with experience) plus tipsJob Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons.</li><li>Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks.</li><li>Assess customers&rsquo; needs and preferences and make recommendations.</li><li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.</li><li>Check customers&rsquo; identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.</li><li>Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.</li><li>Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.</li><li>Comply with all food and beverage regulations.</li><li>Clean and maintain bar and sitting area.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.</li><li>Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.</li><li>Relevant training certificate preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in bartending and serving</li></ul>The Company: Lessing&rsquo;s Hospitality Group is comprised of over 100 locations throughout the Northeast and Florida.
