Position: Marketing Manager &ndash; NYC BasedWork Directly with Ellen's Stardust Diner + The IridiumLocation:&#8239;New York, NYDepartment:&#8239;Marketing Reports To:&#8239;Lessing&rsquo;s Marketing DirectorAbout the Role: Lessing&rsquo;s Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, Marketing Manager&#8239;based in New York City to lead and execute marketing initiatives for two iconic Times Square venues:&#8239;Ellen&rsquo;s Stardust Diner&#8239;and&#8239;The Iridium. This role is ideal for a creative, idea driven marketing individual who excels in communication, strategic partnerships and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and artistic, Broadway and musical environment.You&rsquo;ll serve as the primary marketing liaison between owner, Ellen, Ellen&rsquo;s team and Lessing&rsquo;s corporate marketing department, working closely with Ellen and the on-site staff to bring big ideas to life through project management, on-site event execution and recaps. You&rsquo;ll also manage marketing efforts for The Iridium (Blues, Jazz and Rock), located downstairs from Ellen&rsquo;s Stardust Diner. Marketing for this venue requires oversight and execution of campaigns, digital outreach driving ticket sales and promotional, sponsorship initiatives.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Serve as the main point of contact between Ellen&rsquo;s Stardust Diner staff, The Iridium and Lessing&rsquo;s corporate team.&middot; Attend&#8239;weekly in-person meetings&#8239;with key stakeholders presenting marketing programs, recaps and ensuring alignment on marketing direction and activations.&middot; Work with Lessing&rsquo;s Marketing Team to develop annual planning calendars.&middot; Create, spearhead and cultivate strategic partnership programs and work closely with partners to bring concepts to life from inception to execution in the diner, theatre or at The Iridium.&middot; Manager PR firm and hold them accountable for execution and goal attainment.&middot; Develop and execute&#8239;creative, original marketing campaigns&#8239;that reflect the unique spirit of both venues with focus on driving traffic and sales revenue.&middot; Coordinate with Lessing&rsquo;s marketing leadership for&#8239;final approvals&#8239;on all campaigns, materials, events and outreach.&middot; Manage brunches and dinner shows within the Stardust Theatre below Ellen&rsquo;s Stardust Diner (also known as Iridium).&middot; Support The Iridium&rsquo;s marketing strategy including promotions, sponsorships, events, social campaigns, web updates, ticket management and brand messaging.&middot; Help with on-site content creation to support and enhance our social media efforts.&middot; Track campaign performance and prepare monthly recaps and reports.&middot; Utilize&#8239;HubSpot Marketing Hub&#8239;to analyze marketing emails and social KPIs.Qualifications:&middot; 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant sectors.&middot; NYC-based and able to be on-site regularly at Ellen&rsquo;s Stardust Diner and The Iridium.&middot; Experience using&#8239;HubSpot&#8239;for CRM, email marketing, and automation.&middot; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel).&middot; Experience with web CMS platforms like Wix, Wordpress or Squarespace.&middot; written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.&middot; Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at seeing campaigns through from concept to execution.&middot; A love for iconic NYC culture, live music, and Broadway is a plus!Job Type: Part-timePay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 25 per weekExperience:<ul><li>Hubspot: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Marketing: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Hospitality: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>New York, NY 10019 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
