If so, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!We&rsquo;re currently looking for caring, committed preschool teachers to join our play-based learning environment, where we focus on supporting the whole-child&rsquo;s growth and development.What Makes Us Different:<ul><li>Lower Student-Teacher Ratios: Our classrooms maintain a 1:10 ratio&mdash;much lower than the typical 1:16&ndash;19 at most childcare centers.</li><li>Work-Life Balance: All shifts are Monday through Friday, with no nights, no weekends, and major holidays off.</li><li>Set, Consistent Hours: We&rsquo;re currently hiring for the following full-time shifts:</li><li>8:15 AM &ndash; 5:15 PM, 7:40 AM - 4:40 PM and 11:00 AM- 6:00 PM</li><li>Positive, Supportive Culture: We&rsquo;re seeking long-term team members who are excited to build relationships and grow with us.</li></ul>Who We're Looking For:You must genuinely love working with children and have the patience and energy to keep up with curious, active preschoolers aged 3&ndash;5. This role includes:<ul><li>Following daily lesson plans and activities</li><li>Providing nurturing, attentive care</li><li>Creating positive, engaging interactions</li><li>Actively supervising and ensuring safety</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Able to pass a fingerprint/background check through Child Care Licensing</li><li>Obtain or be willing to obtain a Food Handler&rsquo;s Permit</li><li>CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)</li><li>Complete CDA certification within one year (we offer professional development support)</li></ul>Ready to Apply?We&rsquo;d love to schedule a working interview with you! These are typically one hour and held between 8:00&ndash;11:00 AM or at 3:00 PM.
