Job Description<ul><li>Consistently offer professional, friendly greeting and engaging service</li><li>Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)</li><li>Prepare tables, silverware and glasses</li><li>Offer menu recommendations upon request</li><li>Up-sell additional products when appropriate</li><li>Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization</li><li>Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff</li><li>Serve food and drink orders</li><li>Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems</li><li>Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area</li><li>Deliver checks and collect bill payments</li><li>Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning</li><li>Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations.</li><li>Follow all relevant health department regulations</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to guests</li><li>Understand the Server&rsquo;s tasks in the outlet</li><li>Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the POS system</li><li>Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:<ul><li>A warm and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.</li><li>Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.</li><li>Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.</li><li>Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.</li><li>Knowledge about the Point-of-Sale System</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR2,200.00 - QAR2,600.00 per month
