Located at the Galleria Mall with a new look and feel, offering both inside and outside dining overlooking Abu Dhabi&rsquo;s first ever fountains. Led by Head Chef Mario Martinez, our kitchen treats Mediterranean cuisine as a creative canvas &mdash; showcasing locally sourced ingredients and global influences to produce dishes that are inviting, carefully curated and delicious.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant with passion, precision, and purpose. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, financial performance, and maintaining the highest service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you&rsquo;ll inspire and build and guide a talented team, maintain exceptional service, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management&middot; Take full ownership of the restaurant&rsquo;s P&amp;L performance, achieving the set revenue targets&middot; Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve profitability&middot; Support promotional campaigns and events to drive footfall and salesOperations Management&middot; Direct reporting to Country Operations Manager, Regional Director and Company Owners&middot; Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability&middot; Collaborate with the Head Chef and Beverage Manager to ensure alignment of food and drink offerings with the vision for L&rsquo;ETO Restaurant&middot; Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations&middot; Use performance data to make informed decisions that increase revenue and reduce waste&middot; Build and maintain strong supplier relationshipsTeam Leadership&middot; Lead by example to inspire and motivate a high-performing team&middot; Recruit, train, and mentor team members&middot; Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions&middot; Promote a workplace culture based on inclusivity, accountability, and continuous growthGuest Experience&middot; Establish the highest service standards from day one&middot; Lead from the floor, engaging with guests to ensure an outstanding experience&middot; Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, using it to improve service standards&middot; Ensure every interaction reflects L&rsquo;ETO Groups high standards of hospitalityWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For&middot; At least 5 years&rsquo; senior management experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant&middot; Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills &mdash; a motivating and supportive presence&middot; Experience building and developing teams from scratch&middot; Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage operations during peak service periods.&middot; Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and achieving KPIs.&middot; In-depth knowledge of food &amp; beverage operations and a genuine passion for hospitality&middot; Proficiency in restaurant management systems (POS, reservations, scheduling tools)&middot; Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach&middot; Passion for hospitality, with a natural, guest-focused approach.&middot; An understanding of UAE culture and an appreciation of their palette&middot; Calm under pressure, warm, and guest-focusedPerks &amp; Benefits&middot; Competitive salary based on experience and market standards&middot; Staff dining discounts across L&rsquo;ETO Group&middot; Chance to be part of a flagship opening in Abu Dhabi and shape its success from day one&middot; Medical insurance as per UAE labor law&middot; Supplier trips and professional training&middot; Dynamic and collaborative culture&middot; Opportunities for growth within L&rsquo;ETO GroupJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have at least 5 years of senior management experience in a high-end or premium restaurant?</li><li>Can you confidently manage P&amp;L performance, budgeting, and cost control?</li><li>Have you ever led a restaurant opening or pre-opening project?</li></ul>
