L&rsquo;ETO Group is launching its first full dining concept in Abu Dhabi, inspired by London&rsquo;s vibrant culinary scene and Mediterranean flavours with a modern elevated twist.Located at The Galleria Mall, our new restaurant offers a refined dining experience with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking Abu Dhabi&rsquo;s first-ever fountains.We are looking for a Junior Bartender who combines strong hospitality skills with confidence behind the bar and delivers service of the highest standard.Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve beverages according to L&rsquo;ETO standards</li><li>Assist senior bartenders with daily bar operations</li><li>Check customer IDs to verify legal age for alcohol service</li><li>Deliver warm, professional, and attentive guest service</li><li>Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures</li><li>Support the team during peak service hours</li><li>Ensure bar setup, display, and stock levels meet standards</li><li>Adhere to stock control, inventory, and wastage procedures</li><li>Serve a selection of wines, bottled beverages, and draft beer in accordance with service standards</li><li>Accurately mix and prepare cocktails and beverages by combining ingredients such as spirits, mixers, syrups, bitters, and garnishes following established recipes</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of service and offerings</li><li>Attend mandatory pre‑shift meetings and arrive on time for shifts</li><li>Work flexible schedules based on business needs</li></ul>Full-time availability in Abu DhabiTo apply, send your CV to: cv@letocaffe.com/stevebikoh17@gmail.comOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-time
