About Edvelup: Edvelup is a fast-growing ed-tech company focused on providing practical, career-oriented courses for students across India. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our team and support our day-to-day financial operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in recording and maintaining daily admission and transaction data in Zoho Books</li><li>Help generate invoices and receipts, and track partial payments from students.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations team on student onboarding and fee follow-ups also other admin related tasks.</li><li>Support preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B)</li><li>Assist with expense tracking and reconciliation</li><li>Maintain organized documentation of financial records</li><li>Support the accounts team with daily reporting and internal audit preparation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in B.Com / M.Com / related field</li><li>1 to 3 years of prior accounting experience mandatory</li><li>Strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST</li><li>Familiarity with Zoho Books, MS Excel, or Google Sheets</li><li>Good communication and time management skills</li><li>Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Friendly and collaborative work environment</li><li>Growth and learning opportunities</li><li>Performance-based yearly hikes</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have laptop?</li><li>Ready to relocate Bangalore?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Malayalam (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
