Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain project cost control systems, procedures, and reporting tools.</li><li>Prepare and manage project budgets, cost baselines, and cash flow forecasts.</li><li>Monitor project expenditures and commitments against approved budgets and highlight variances.</li><li>Perform cost analysis, cost-to-complete forecasting, and earned value management (EVM) reporting.</li><li>Review and validate subcontractor payments, invoices, and variation orders.</li><li>Evaluate change orders, claims, and contractual variations, and provide cost impact assessments.</li><li>Prepare periodic cost reports, including forecasts, commitments, and financial performance summaries.</li><li>Support tendering activities through cost estimation, benchmarking, and BOQ analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, planning engineers, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of cost data.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for value engineering initiatives.</li><li>Maintain accurate cost records, logs, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and project controls standards.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Key Job Specification:Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.Experience: 10+ years of related experience.Work Location: In person
