Hiring: Marketing Intern (Commission-Based) Location: Dubai, UAEType: Internship Compensation: Sales Commission (Conversion-Based)Open to Fresh Graduates &amp; Students (Marketing &amp; Finance)Own Visa RequiredWe are seeking a high-energy Marketing Intern to support our sales, digital marketing, and brand-building initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who want real exposure to B2B sales, digital marketing, client acquisition, and commercial negotiations.First 3 months are purely commission-based, followed by onboarding after 3 months with fixed stipend + commission upon satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales &amp; Business DevelopmentTele sales &amp; cold calling to potential B2B clients.Lead generation and conversion through calls, meetings, and referrals.Attend B2B meet-ups, networking events, webinars &amp; conferences.Travel with Senior Head &ndash; Operations &amp; Sales for client meetings.Brochure distribution and on-ground brand promotions.Follow up on payments and collections Maintain relationships with existing and new clients.2. Digital Marketing &amp; Social MediaManage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, and other business platforms.Create and post basic marketing content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) Support branding campaigns and online outreach Assist in email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns.CRM follow-ups Track engagement, reach, and lead metrics from digital campaigns.3. Commercial &amp; Client SupportUnderstand client requirements and assist in preparing sales quotes &amp; proposals Support drafting of commercial agreements (non-legal) Assist in estimating project budgets or recurring service agreements using defined metrics Coordinate internall Team to ensure smooth onboarding of clientsCommission Structure:Commission paid on successful lead conversions Transparent tracking and payout Commission slabs explained during interviewProbation &amp; Conversion:First 3 Months: Pure commission-based internshipPerformance measured on: Lead quality &amp; conversions Digital engagement growth Professional conduct &amp; ownershipPost Probation (If Satisfactory): Onboarding as Marketing Executive (Probationary) Fixed monthly stipend + sales commission Growth path to Business Development Executive / Digital Marketing LeadIdeal Candidate Profile:Strong communication &amp; persuasion skills Interest in sales + digital marketing + branding Comfortable with fieldwork, events, and travel.Basic knowledge of social media platforms &amp; digital tools Target-driven, creative, and eager to learnImmediate joining preferred - This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with performance-based earnings and long-term growth opportunities.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED1,000.00 per month
