About the Job</div><div></div><ul><li>Lead Levi's&reg; full-funnel media strategy across digital, social, video, and traditional channels, delivering awareness, consideration, and conversion.</li><li>Improve performance marketing across </li></ul><div>Levi.in</div> and the Levi's&reg; app, leading acquisition, engagement, and conversion through Meta, Google, and affiliate channels.<ul><li>Lead marketplace media and partnerships with Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and others - building co-marketing plans, managing ad budgets, and driving visibility during important events.</li><li>Lead CRM and loyalty strategy, guiding your team to design and implement multi-channel engagement programs that improve repeat purchase and lifetime value.</li><li>Manage A&amp;P budgets including tracking and reporting SAMEA-level budgets internally, ensuring accountability and accurate forecasting.</li><li>Build a test-and-learn culture, using experimentation and optimization to lead continuous performance improvement.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with brand, e-commerce, finance, and analytics teams to deliver unified, insight-led marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with Insights and Global Analytics teams to interpret brand health and campaign data - applying insights to sharpen targeting, measurement, and future planning.</li><li>Lead and mentor your team across CRM and performance media - promoting ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.</li></ul><div></div><div>
About You</div><ul><li>8+ years of experience in marketing, media, or digital growth, ideally in consumer, retail, or lifestyle brands.</li><li>Expertise in digital performance marketing (Meta, Google, affiliates) with experience delivering Return on investment and efficiency.</li><li>Strong understanding of brand media strategy and how storytelling drives business outcomes.</li><li>Experience leading CRM or loyalty programs, including segmentation, automation, and customer journey design.</li><li>Hands-on, agile, and decisive: able to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience leading and developing teams, inspiring accountability, and collaboration.</li><li>Analytical and financially disciplined: Comfortable tracking, managing, and reporting budgets, and interpreting campaign, MMM, and brand health data to make decisions.</li><li>Curious and passionate about building growth stories for an iconic brand like Levi's&reg;.</li></ul><div></div><div>

About the role:</div><ul><li>Lead store development planning in partnership with channel partners, developing forecasts and calendars aligned with affiliate and organizational goals.</li><li>Coordinate rollout activities for new and renovated stores by aligning internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Manage budgets for store setup and ensure cost-effective sourcing through value engineering and supplier partnerships.</li><li>Adapt global store concepts to local markets in consultation with regional leads, maintaining consistency with brand principles.</li><li>Track and report KPIs such as forecast vs. actual, timelines, costs, and quality.</li><li>Conduct quality audits and inspections, ensuring construction and VM teams meet brand standards.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance and maintain project reporting dashboards.</li><li>Manage store construction, VM, and outsourced vendor teams, fostering strong collaboration and communication.</li><li>Ensure adherence to brand&rsquo;s guidelines and local affiliate procedures.</li></ul><div>
About you:</div><ul><li>
Qualified Architect, Interior Designer, or Project Management diploma with 6-7 years&rsquo; experience in retail store design and development.</li><li>
Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledgeable in retail operations, store layout, space management, and profitability.</li><li>
Strong project, budget, and team management skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.</li><li>
Passion for retail culture and brand-consistent creativity.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, including training and presentation delivery.</li><li>
Adaptable, hands-on, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively.</li><li>
Experience in apparel retail industry is a plus.</li><li>
Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint and managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul><div>
